Situated in the same complex as La Barraliere, this smaller unit is fully self contained. The
entrance to unit opens into a large open living space with cathedral ceilings and exposed beams.
The modern kitchen features both gas and induction electric cooktops, a large refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher.
There a two bedrooms and a bathroom located behind the main living area. Stairs lead to an expansive mezzanine space suitable for a studio, study, meditation space or additional living area.
The house enjoys its own private garden with views of surrounding vineyards.
It is suitable for long-term and short-term rentals and is fully heated for winter occupancy.
